- •Rural unemployed youth
- •Minimum 8th class pass (varies by program)

- •BPL proof: Ration Card no or Shg Lokos number
- •Educational certificates
- •Pan card (if available)
- •Caste certificate (if available)
- •Passport size photographs (4)
- •Bank passbook copy
